Padubidri, Sep 17: Four fishermen saved a young man, who was drowning owing to the sea draught while swimming in the beach on the evening of Tuesday September 16.
About 25 workers of Suzlon windmill manufacturing company located near Padubidri, had together come to the beach for frolic. Three of them ventured into the sea for swimming. The sea has been choppy since a few days. One of the swimmers got stuck in a draught and was carried about 200 metres away. (more…)
