Why do i fear to design December 29, 2011

The jumping frog always rules its own world created by itself.
I always wonder, why people discriminate each individual by means of their financial strength, age, gender and race factors. Why its always been the attitude of this generation, that they proclaim to be nice, clear and legitimate, but ultimately behave to follow racism, communism, discrimination, and all that same old traditional black misbeliefs.

In my seven years of being a designer, i round the clock dreamt and tried to design life, and all those time i felt inferior, for that i had no tool left out on my desk to include and shape out those unacceptable spices of life, which been purposefully delivered by we humans.

I failed to design those trees which been deliberately cut off at no moment, and finally boast ourselves that we have a factory, a success of million bucks.
I often fail to design that blackish cloud with those tiny drops of water in its belly, which now fears to pass through the space and hug the earth soul, unknowing what chemical it might get tied up with each and every second.
I always been fearing to layout the view of the farmer, a fisherman, a person selling toys in the traffic, the driver, a soldier, a man not materialized by the present situation, all for that they been divided by value of status every time.

I fear to design a mom, a sister, a wife all of whom were once been treated with devotion, and finally now been molested of relationships.I fear to design a school, where students used to get dressed up with the colors of morality, for that, now we educate them without imparting humanity.
I fear to design a temple, the Jesus idol, a khuran, all of them which are sacred and most loved by their respectively believed people. Now neither we nor our neighbors are sure when it would be destroyed, broken and set into fire.
I fear to design the animals, having their own ride amidst the green forest, for that they are becoming extinct now just to satisfy human pleasure.

Day by day, each early morning, i find tougher to call myself a designer, get confused with my designing tools, vividly mislead on ideas, and finally pack up the task, murmuring what the f**k is it…I then wonder why do i raise such emotional questions to myself whereas when its not been valued anymore in the society. Why to compromise with the profession that’s been bringing fortune. But still i fear, not to see the day when this society and its hazardous following ultimately make me stop designing, f**k up creativity.

Someone out there amidst a highly qualified, generous, humanized crowd calls me up and starts telling me sitting beside, Why don’t you try out to design dreams, design happiness, design equality, humanity, green, faith and hopes. I thought a bit, accepted and exclaimed, Why don’t I design Love after-all, for that i believe “Love is the strongest tool to change everything”.

After many moody days I thought to publish a post related something that must be spoken out publicly. But, usually what happens in our native suburbs is, people are more jealous inside than they dare to speak out. Similarly might be I. Ha ha.
Having resembled much more similar as locals, I finally made up my mind to break up this most hazardous ritual of remaining quite. Hence my every next post on this blog will be based on citizen provoking, and highly socio oriented topics. With a hope that I might be a coward to speak straight to the concerned but I might also make a try to reach the scenario to the people.
And of all the many serious concerns the most simple and small aspect I witnessed is about the School neighbouring me, Sagar Vidya Mandir.
SVM has some highly fantastic stories of success and record breaking events in Padubidri, an emerging city of udupi. Located beside the finest view of beaches, SVM is an school of eye threatening beauty among itself.

Schools, Education and its Inhuman Scenario is
nowadays been an usual verdict on discussion!
With the changing times, the morale of the
essential education system is getting ruined step
by step. Despite of the reasons to deploit
explained later), inhumanity is all the matters…
Schools, colleges, universities once considered and
of course still under consideration as the only
place of human  development is shamefully
nowadays proving themselves to be completely
forgotten their motto.

This article is all about one such educational
institution identified by me in the outskirts of the
no.1 educational city Mangalore.

Please note to its perfection that all the views,
provocations, and misleads charged in this article
against the particular institution is surely
personal and are best of reality and true to my
knowledge with support of all the available proofs.

Institution Name: SHREE NARAYANA GURU
COMPOSITE PRE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE .
Location : MULKI.

Two giant buildings, a vast area for play ground, amidst the long spread greenery, in a small beautiful silent town Mulki, stands firmly the foundation of a experienced educational institution Shree Narayana Guru Composite Pre University College. Lead responsibly by the former politician of the region Mr.K.Somappa Suvarna, managed quite challengingly to develop the institution among the best. He was the man beyond the efforts to bring about the revolutionary changes in educating the locality, of course was very very successful in bring out the name and fame for the institution.

Motivation – Goal Setting December 22, 2008

Ask any person who is successful in whatever he or she is doing what motivates him/her, and very likely the answer will be “goals”. Goal Setting is extremely important to motivation and success. So what motivates you? Why are you in college? If you are in college because that’s what your parents want, you may find it difficult to motivate yourself. Sure, it’s possible to succeed with someone else providing the motivation for you. (“If you graduate from college, I’ll give you a car!” or worse “If you don’t graduate from college, you won’t get a car.”) But motivation that comes from within really makes the difference.

Certainly, you need some intelligence, knowledge base, study skills, and time management skills, but if you don’t have motivation, you won’t get far. Think about this analogy. You have a car with a full tank of gas, a well-tuned engine, good set of tires, quadraphonic CD system, and a sleek, polished exterior. There it sits. This car has incredible potential. (Have you heard that before?) However, until a driver sits behind the wheel, puts the key in the ignition, and cranks it up, the car doesn’t function. You guessed it; the KEY is MOTIVATION.

Interest is an important motivator for a student. So is a desire to learn. When you link these two things together, you create success. Often success in an endeavor leads to more interest and a greater desire to learn, creating an upward spiral of motivation toward a goal you have established.

So be honest with yourself. Are you genuinely interested in being in college? Have you set realistic goals for yourself? How can you develop the internal motivation that really counts? When it comes to motivation, KNOWING is not as important as DOING.
